With modern injection moulding machines from 50 to 2350 tonnes clamping force, BBP and KNB have the right manufacturing solutions for small and large series depending on their respective applications. The machinery, which is always kept up to date with the latest technology, guarantees the highest level of production reliability. All machines are equipped with a freely programmable robot. This enables a reliable, repeatable process sequence for the production of components of the highest quality and dimensional accuracy.
Raw materials are supplied centrally via silo systems. This ensures a continuous supply of material, minimizes the amount of packaging, and ensures the efficiency of internal logistics in the factories.
