Our equipment ensures maximum precision and efficiency, whether in the manufacture or construction of tools. We meet the constantly increasing demands for up-to-date developments with highly qualified employees and the appropriate development equipment. As a development partner of our customers with our own CAD CATIA workstations of version V5, the execution of rheological calculations (Moldflow) and a software-supported project management, we offer all possibilities beyond the development of parts according to specifications.

Investment in the future
Out of an old tradition and because we believe that the future lies in the hands of the young, we attach great importance to our junior staff, whom we strongly support. Based on this realization, we have created conditions for an average of 15 future mold makers to dive deep into the material through practical training. After decades of training practice, every single trainee in our company becomes a sought-after specialist.
Development has shown that this is the right way to go. A broad spectrum of tasks awaits the apprentices: it ranges from making individual parts from different materials with tools and machines to programming and operating machines with and without CNC control. In addition, there is the assembly of components and sub-assemblies into tools and molds for plastics processing.
